CLASSROOM MANAGEMENT

Classroom management is defined as the methods and strategies an educator uses to maintain his/her classroom environment. It is important that classroom management be conducive to student success and learning. Although there are many pedagogical strategies involved in managing a classroom, a common denominator is making sure that students feel they are in an environment that allows each and everyone of them to achieve the highest level of success.

Import components of classroom management include: respect, consistency, proximity, seating arrangements, rules and procedures, etc.
