North Coast Beginning Teacher Program

This training addresses the unspoken aspects of classroom communications that enable the teacher to win class attention, gain appropriate student behavior, cover more curriculum, make effective transitions, enhance classroom productivity, and discipline with comfort. Teachers who build a repertoire of these techniques find they have much better rapport with their students, including those considered hard to reach. By using ENVoY, teachers find they are more positive and effective in managing their classrooms, and still have energy at the end of the day. The class features hands-on application and practice.
